When it runs and how: Weekday 9–11, Offline, Lab 1, 20 seats.

Enroll the Student
Put them in the Batch. Timings come from the Batch, or set Sunday 5–6 for home tuition.

Take a Fee Payment
Cash, UPI, Card. Partial is fine. Remaining dues update on the spot.

Print the Receipt
Numbered per Workspace, printable, handed over before they leave the desk.

One Fee Plan per Enrollment: Priya takes Tally and DCA. Each Enrollment has its own plan, so the two never mix.
One-time, monthly, or installments: Due dates on the plan. A sibling concession is an adjustment, not a new Course.
Partial payments: ₹2,000 today by UPI, the rest next month. Remaining dues update on the spot.
A numbered Receipt, every time: Sequential per Workspace. Print it or save the PDF before they leave.

The Owner Dashboard is where the day starts.

Calendar: Every Class from the weekly Timings, with Cancelled Classes, Moved Classes, and Holidays applied. Day, week, and month.
Student Home and Parent Home: A Student with an email sees their next Class, remaining dues, and Class recordings. A parent sees every Student they are linked to, on one page.
Online classes: An Online or Hybrid Batch joins through a Whiteboard-hosted class that records itself, or through your own meeting link.

DCA, Tally, CCC. Weekday Batches in a lab, 20 seats, a monthly Fee Plan, a Receipt before the Student leaves the desk.
Home tuition
One Student, Sunday 5 to 6. Student-specific Timings on the Enrollment, so the Batch clock does not apply.
Skill centre
Spoken English, tailoring, vocational courses. Short Courses with a one-time fee, Online or Hybrid Class Mode when the room is full.
